Buyer: the natural person, of legal age and not acting in the context of exercising a profession or conducting a business, with whom the Seller enters into a Contract.
Order: An order placed by the Buyer for the delivery of one or more products.
Product: an R3ADY TO PLAY product that the Seller makes available for sale on the Site.
Price: the price indicated on the Site for a Product, including VAT and excluding shipping charges, unless the order exceeds the amount designated for free shipping.
Contract: The Order that Seller has accepted as such.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders will be sent through the regular post office CTT Portugal. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent after your order has been shipped.
All orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
Domestic orders take about 24 hours to arrive. In the EU, delivery takes 3-5 business days after shipping. Orders for the rest of the world take 7-10 business days.
I will deliver according to agreed delivery dates to the extent possible; however, Buyer acknowledges that delivery dates are based on circumstances of which Seller is aware at the time the Contract is entered into and, insofar as they depend on work or services to be provided by third parties, on information such third parties provide to the seller.
I accept bank transfers and payments with MBway (only for Portugal), Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal.
CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES AND TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import fees that may apply. R3ADY TO PLAY is not responsible for customs delays.
We only accept euros.
For any returns, please contact us within 14 working days of the arrival of your order. All returns must be unused, unwashed and undamaged, if the product shows signs of being worn, washed or damaged, we have the right not to refund the return.
Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. Please send your return package, in the same condition as it was delivered to you, with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as R3ADY TO PLAY is not responsible for return losses.
Refund of the product price (excluding any shipping costs) will be processed within 7 days after the return has been accepted, we are not responsible for any tax applied to a customer's bank transaction.

The Buyer will be obliged to inspect the Product when it is delivered and to notify the Seller within a reasonable time in the event of any visible defects or other claims regarding the performance of the Contract. Such claims must be in writing and must be fully and clearly substantiated.
Seller will respond to any claims it receives within 7 days of receipt.
Buyer acknowledges that: Minor deviations and deviations generally considered acceptable with respect to quality, size, color, finish, etc. of the Products cannot be avoided or are difficult to avoid and do not constitute a well-founded reason to file a claim.
While I make every effort to describe and photograph the products as accurately as possible, I cannot guarantee that the colors of the products on the website will be accurate or that the products displayed will be suitable for the intended purpose. I do not accept any liability for claims arising from differences in product descriptions, sizes or colors displayed or purchased through this website.
The customer's personal data is saved in the customer service record. I will not provide customer details to third parties under any circumstances. By registering as a customer on the website, the customer agrees that R3ADY TO PLAY will use their information in the communication between me and the customer. In addition, I have the right to use the customer's contact information for mobile and email marketing. The customer has the right to verify their personal data, change them or completely delete them from the register. The customer is responsible for all actions carried out in the online store with his username and password and must ensure that its use respects the conditions established in this contract. The customer is responsible for keeping his password secret. The customer agrees to obey the law and good manners when using the service.
